A cost-effective alternative to installations in conduit, Northern’s TECK90 is an interlocked armoured cable for use in petrochemical, pulp and paper, and other industrial environments. TECK90 is a combination of interlocking flexible armour with two layers of PVC jacket to provide a rugged, compact and flexible cable resistant to corrosion, water and mechanical abuse. It can be used in open and concealed wiring, direct burial and hazardous locations. Designed with a maximum conductor temperature of 90˚C and a low-temperature rating of -40°C, TECK90 is manufactured to meet CSA and UL standards, including flame test FT4, -40C cold temperature impact test, low acid gas and sunlight resistance.
