Description
The ProLine G2 frame is the foundational design element that protects the components inside this modular enclosure. The frame was designed to withstand heavier load requirements and to maintain a solid square structure - a solid foundation for the electrical enclosure.
12 gauge (2.5mm), roll-formed steel frame with welded steel corners and hybrid frame profile for superior performance under load
RAL 7035 textured light-gray polyester powder paint finish
Frame features a 25-mm DIN standard, alternating rectangular and round hole pattern
Flange trough collar on door and side openings deflect dust and debris away from the enclosure interior
Removable rear center vertical/support for frames greater than 1200-mm in width; there is no front center vertical, providing full access for subpanel installation
Integral frame channels support the full weight of the mounting subpanel, which comes with the EZ Load Glide Block system for multiple subpanel installation methods
Individual frames designed for joining/baying in multiple directions with the inclusion of joining kits
Provisions for mounting subpanel, rack mounting and grid/rail system mounting to support many unique customer applications
Appropriate gasketed door(s) and covers are required to maintain a Type-12 environmental rating, sold separately
Accommodates 25-mm DIN standard; rectangular frame holes designed for BV-M6 fastener or metric cage nut fasteners; round frame holes accommodate M5 self-tapping screws and allow numerous grounding locations using M5 thread-forming screws
