- Choose the items you’d like to purchase and add them to your cart
- Proceed to check out as you would in a regular online order. Select the shipping method of free pick up at your branch. You will receive an email confirmation number to confirm the order has been placed along with details on when your order will be ready for pick up.
- At the branch, present the confirmation number from your email (either on your mobile device or printed copy) and a valid government issued photo ID. Pick up your order and you’re on your way.
The computer system will send you a email with confirmation number and order details. A second email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick-up. Your order must be placed at least 2 hours before the branch closing time for same day pick up. Orders placed after branch hours will be available for pick up at 7:30am MST the following business day. Please note that in-store pick-up times will vary and are subject to the terms of each online order as disclosed during checkout.
Head to the Express pick up counter area. Just look for the “Gescan Express Counter” sign or ask an associate to point you to the right area. Present your confirmation number either on your mobile device or printed copy.
Your items will be held for 15 days from when you receive the order confirmation email. If you do not pick up your order within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled and you will not be charged for the items. Exclusions apply to special order products or phone orders.
Yes, as long as the person has the email with confirmation number and government issued ID, someone else can pick up this order for you.

Unfortunately, online purchases can only be made with Visa, MasterCard® or American Express® at this time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items or modify your order after it has been placed. You can simply place another order for the extra item.
No, you can place your order as a guest. We require your billing information to process and notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
Yes, you have two options when canceling your order:
- E-mail: Support@Gescan.com and provide us with the order confirmation number which you need to cancel.
- Phone: Your local branch and provide us with the order confirmation number which you need to cancel.
You have the option to make multiple trips to pick up your order or wait until all products are available for pick up.
