The Feed-Thru Starter Kit is designed to provide you with our recommended tools and plugs to cut, strip, and terminate IDEAL’s Feed-Thru modular plugs onto twisted pair cables. Feed-Thru modular plugs offer several advantages over standard modular RJ-45 plugs such as: Verify conductor order prior to trimming. No exact trim length requirement. Pair twists pulled near pins minimize excessive untwisting for better termination. Jacket consistently secured under strain relief for a more secure termination. Ideal for electricians and datacom installers. Applications: CAT5e/CAT6 twisted pair cable preparation and crimp termination for Feed-Thru Modular Plugs.
