This system kit includes: all the same components and parts as the CA4 KT1 kit, but it also includes also includes 5 x S1-18-R wall-boxes (for CA4 KP and CA4 WP) and most importantly 4 x Russound RSF-620 speakers. Russound's CA4 Multizone Controller offers control of a four-zone, four-source multiroom audio system at an entry-level price. Engineered to partner with any home, the CA4 provides a slim profile chassis and elegant wire management solution for an attractive installation in either an entertainment center or equipment rack. Designed for easy installation and use, it features a rack-mountable 1U chassis, Class D digital amplifiers, an RS-232 port for connection to home automation and control equipment, a 12 VDC mute trigger input, and a 12 VDC trigger output. The CA4 also features source grouping, all on, all off, and "party mode". Systems are scalable to support up to two CA4 controllers linked to make an eight-zone system with four sources. For system control, the CA4-KP keypad lets you select between four sources and adjust bass, treble and loudness. The keypad is also used to set source grouping, all on, all off, and party mode. The CA4-RC learning system remote is designed exclusively for the CA4 and provides complete source control through IR pass through. The system also has an innovative Wall port, where only four cat5e cables connect the CA4 to the wall port. From the wall port, cat5e and speaker wiring is run to each zone (all connections are made behind the CA4 Wall port - 4 x cat5e and 4 x 4 core speaker cables). The CA4 KP fits into a standard US 1 Gang J-Box (S1-18-R, S1-18-W or CADMP-1P) and requires a single cat5e cable for connection to the CA4 controller via the included CA4 WP (which also requires a US 1 Gang J-Box). All keypads and Wall-ports are supplied in a white finish, but can be finished in a variety of finishes - including black with a screwless stainless steel surround for a more luxurious finish. The system kit is supplied with 4 speaker's RSF-620's (6.5" pairs). The Russound RSF-620 are a very high quality range of trimless in-ceiling speakers.
